Velo Orange Retro Stainless Steel Wound Brake Cable Kit.
Description

This brake cable closely resembles the cables found on old vintage bicycles, but it is made of stainless steel. So naturally, it will not rust and is highly durable.

This kit also includes some “pads” that protect your frame from paint scratches when the cable rubs against it.

This cable is highly flexible and has a standard 5 mm diameter. It can be cut to the desired length.
Includes the following:

  • 2 x 700 mm long, 5 mm diameter outer cables
  • 1 x 300 mm long, 5 mm diameter outer cable
  • 1 x 2100 mm long, stranded stainless steel slick cable with both MTB and road-bike nipples (simply cut off the end you do not want to use)
  • 1 x 1500 mm long, stranded stainless steel slick cable with both MTB and road-bike nipples (simply cut off the end you do not want to use)
  • 6 outer cable end caps
  • 2 cable end caps
  • 4 frame protectors
