Campagnolo original spare part: HS01-REHI

Campagnolo HS01-REHI (Record Hiddenset 1") is a rare, semi-integrated 1″ headset from Campagnolo (early 2000s), designed for frames where the bearings sit recessed in the head tube’s bearing seat (integrated / hiddenset).

Specifications:

• Type: semi-integrated / “hiddenset” headset

• Steerer: 1" ahead-type

• Crown race / fork crown race: 26.4 mm

• Production period: Approx. 2001–2003

• Not included: Top cap / star nut (must be purchased separately)

• Fitment note: Fits only frames manufactured for a semi-integrated 1″ Campagnolo bearing — i.e. where the bearings are recessed into the head tube (not external cups and not a standard externally mounted 1″ headset).

• Material / construction: Campagnolo Record quality, lightweight alloy + internal bearing races

Specific frames/use (how to check whether your frame fits):

• The headset does not fit based on the brand alone — it depends on whether your frame:

  1. Is bored/shaped for an integrated 1″ bearing (not external cups).

  2. Has an internal bearing location compatible with a 26.4 mm crown race

  3. Has a 1″ ahead-type fork steerer.

• HS01-REHI typically fits older 1990s / early-2000s racing frames from manufacturers that supplied frames with Campagnolo integrated 1″ bearings during that period — but it is not tied to one particular frame brand.

• Quick check: Measure the inside diameter and bearing seat in your head tube, and measure the fork crown race — if the head tube is made for integrated 1″ bearings and the fork crown race is 26.4 mm, HS01-REHI will most likely fit.
