Cyclus Tools | Chain Whip for Cassettes Up to 8-Speed

Specifications:

  • Solid design, high-quality steel
  • Suitable for sprockets up to 1/2" x 1/8" (3 mm) wide
  • 1/2" x 3/32" (2 mm), for 8-speed cassettes

The chain whip is used to remove and replace cassettes. It lets you hold the cassette against the freehub rotation so that the lockring can be loosened.
