Weinmann Type 810 with the special top mounting, which was used on some European bicycles in the 1970s and 1980s.

  • The brake is not mounted through a hole in the brake bridge with a standard center bolt.
  • Instead, there is a mounting bracket on top of the rear fork's brake bridge.
  • The bracket is secured with a bolt from above.

This solution was used, among others, on some models from:
