MKS BM-7 Pedals | 1/2" Thread | Black
Delivery in 2-6 business days – In stock and dispatched quickly.
The MKS BM-7 is a classic BMX pedal, originally introduced in the 1970s and reissued by MKS in 2012. The BM-7 is known for its distinctive aluminum body and wraparound toothed pedal cage, which provides a good, secure grip on the soles of your shoes.
The pedal has a slightly concave platform that helps keep your foot centered. Its double-sided design means it is always ready to use, while the traditional adjustable cup-and-cone bearings provide smooth, easy rotation and can be serviced and adjusted.
This version has a 1/2" thread and is intended for cranksets with 1/2" pedal threads, including classic BMX and one-piece cranksets. The BM-7 was originally developed for BMX, but is also suitable for classic bicycles, cruisers, MTBs, and other bikes that use 1/2" pedal threads.Description

History
The BM-7 is a reissue of one of MKS's classic BMX designs from the 1970s. The original pedal became popular on BMX bikes and was later reintroduced as the BM-7 in 2012. The modern version retains the distinctive design with its wraparound pedal cage and prominent toothed surface.
The black BM-7 with 1/2" threads is an excellent choice for old-school BMX bikes, beach cruisers, and classic bikes with one-piece cranks, but it also works well as a robust platform pedal for everyday city and recreational cycling.
